At Pearl & Poseidon, we make every effort to ensure an easy, comfortable, and secure sale and transaction.  We value our customers and their P&P experience.  Should you have any questions prior to your purchase, please review our company policies for clarification for your best shopping experience.

Why do you not accept returns?

We do not accept returns on Pearl & Poseidon items because they are intimate in nature due to personal hygiene and health concerns. We want all of our customers to be rest assured that each and every item is brand new and unused in any way.  That is why all of our SALES ARE FINAL.

 

What happens if I send back items for returns?

We do not accept returns on Pearl & Poseidon items because they are intimate in nature due to personal hygiene and health concerns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept unsolicited returns and you will NOT be refunded for your purchase should you choose to return your item(s).  Please understand that there are no returns accepted due to hygiene concerns.

 

What if I ordered the wrong item?

Unfortunately, we cannot change, alter, return, refund, or accept that a customer has ordered incorrect item(s).  It is solely the customer’s responsibility for ordering and confirming the order placed.  Buyer’s remorse for items ordered incorrectly are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or returns, as all sales are final. Your initial order will remain charged, and no refunds will be issued.

 

What if I get a run or tear in my product when putting it on?

Pearl & Poseidon is a widely known sheer hosiery brand.  It is also widely known that sheer hosiery has a tendency to snag,  run, ladder, and tear, etc with wear or while trying it on.  Please understand the nature of pantyhose nylon products and its propensity to be single item use.  We do not accept returns on Pearl & Poseidon items because they are intimate in nature due to personal hygiene and health concerns. That is why all of our SALES ARE FINAL.

 

What if there is a problem with my order?

In the rare occasion that there is a problem with your order, please contact pearl@pearl-poseidon.com. Please provide photos of the issue along with your Order #, Name and Email Address from the Order.

If you do not provide photos of the issue along with your Order #, Name and Email Address from the Order, you may not get a response as your message maybe considered SPAM and fraudulent.  We need this information to verify your purchase and validate it, and therefore reply accordingly.

Order and Tracking Informational Emails may come from Iconic Items, LLC.*In the event that you did not receive an Order or Shipping Email Confirmation from us, please check your Spam/Junk mailbox.*

 

What happens if the item I order is Out of Stock?

We work diligently to update our site with relevant inventory. In the rare event that we show stock on an item where there is none, we will contact the customer prior to shipment on said item with options that may include  waiting for stock,  changing an item color,  or cancel the entire  item. If there is an out of stock issue, you will receive an email directly from Pearl & Poseidon with your options to proceed on the sale.  If you do not reply to the email within 3 days, Pearl & Poseidon retains the right to delay, alter or cancel the item without repercussion.

 

 

 

What if I missed a P&P coupon code or discount?

Unfortunately, all of our sales, discounts and deals are limited time and not valid on previous purchases as stated.  If you missed something, please know that we have more awesome sales, discounts and deals in the future and you can be the first in the know when you sign up to our newsletter.  We typically only email new styles, sales, and deals 2-3 times a week, so your inbox won’t mind these VIP insights! We hope to have you as a VIP!

 

Why is customer service not replying?

Pearl & Poseidon is a world known sheer & shiny hosiery brand. We do get quite a bit of “bots” and “chatties”…If you have sent an unnecessary amount of convo emails, you may have been sent to the junk folder for abusive content.  Sorry! Maybe just be nicer!

 

What is your shipping policy?

Most orders received before 2:00 PM EST  (Monday Through Friday) will ship the same day, provided the order is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will ship on the next business day, although we make every effort to ship early if possible.  Please note that US holidays are considered NOT business days, and no shipping will occur on those days including expedited orders.

 

Why is my tracking number not showing details?

Please note that all shipping carriers take 24-48 hours to update shipping and tracking details on their websites. This is standard industry practice, so please recheck your tracking information after the requisite timeframe for updated shipping information.  We can only update what they can update!

 

 

What if I decline the shipment of my order or my order is returned by the shipping company?

Declined shipments will not be refunded. This refers to domestic and  international packages declining to pay duty or tariffs as well as any packages refusing signature acceptance or entering incorrect shipping addresses. Returned packages can be take up to 90+ days to process from the shipping company.

 

Why is my shipment delayed?

PLEASE USE THE TRACKING NUMBER TO TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT DIRECTLY FROM THE CARRIER, FROM THE EMAIL WE PROVIDED YOU.  TRACKING INFO CAN TAKE 24-48 HOURS TO UPDATE FROM THE TIME IT IS SHIPPED.

Please note that shipping carriers can experience delays due to anything from holidays or worker shortages worldwide.  These shipping delays are out of our control.  If you provided an incorrect postal address or international parcel details, your shipment maybe delayed to shipping constraints out of our control.

Please continue to check your order with the tracking number provided for updates directly from the shipping carrier.  We appreciate your patience.  International shipping also incurs additional time to allow for customs acceptance, so please understand the timing for delivery of your items due to the shipping carriers’ pandemic delays.

 

Taxes & Duties

We automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the United States. For orders shipped to other countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, customs duties, or other taxes in addition to order total.

For International Customers, if you do not accept the duties required by your country to accept your shipment, Pearl & Poseidon is not liable for refunding, returning, or exchanging your order.  Please note that our website offers a free duty estimator pop-up that can help to understand the charges you may imply as an International customer.  Please note that these are only estimates for your reference and not liable charges from a Third Party Site nor Pearl & Poseidon charges.  Please refer to your own country import duties and taxes charges prior to ordering.

 

Which Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express in addition to Pay Pal. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number for proper shipping. All International shipments require a telephone number for Customs declaration.

 

What is your Privacy Policy?

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, we may send you information on services and sales by us. We do not sell, trade, or in any way provide your information without your consent. In fact, we don’t provide it period! If you receive an emailed newsletter or discount from Pearl & Poseidon, there is an unsubscribe button at the bottom to opt out of receiving future email.
