At Pearl & Poseidon we make every effort to ensure an easy, comfortable, and secure sale and transaction. 

Which Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express in addition to Pay Pal. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number for proper shipping. All International shipments require a telephone number for Customs declaration.

Who owns external Links?

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any third party site links.

Do you accept Money Orders, Cashier Checks, and Company Checks & Personal Checks?

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money or check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days for processing prior to shipping.

What happens if the item I order is Out of Stock?

We work diligently to update our site with relevant inventory forecast. In the rare event that we show stock on an item where there is none we will contact customer prior to shipment on said item with the option to wait or cancel the item.

What is your Privacy Policy?

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase form our site we may send you information on services and sales by us. We do not sell, trade, or in any way provide your information without your consent. In fact we don’t provide it period! If you receive a emailed newsletter or discount there is an unsubscribe button at the bottom to opt out of receiving future email.

Why do you not accept returns?

We do not accept returns on Pearl & Poseidon items that are intimate in nature due to personal hygiene and health concerns. We want all of our customers to rest assured that each an every item is brand new and unused in any way.

What if I ordered the wrong item?

On special occasions management may grant a return. If a return is warranted a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will be applied to returned order.

What is your shipping policy?

Most orders received before 5:00 PM EST  (Monday Through Friday) will ship the same day, provided the order is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not consistently processed and shipped on Saturdays and Sundays although we make every effort to do so.


We automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states and countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, customs duties, or other taxes.
